Without changing to individual title, we cant sell, refinance our unit. But to be fair to this developer, my SA informed me on this and I'm aware of it. Some developer will put in their promo that they also bear stamp duty. Than it's a big saving for us. But those who buy under HOC the cost will be much cheaper. Thank you for the explanation..
