What is the previous land condition? I heard some locals said it is ex-mining land but the salesperson said is forest. Anyone have any idea?

QUOTE(lysiew @ May 7 2018, 06:58 PM) Any local Putra Prima resident who stay for more than 10 years around? Thank you so much!! That's really helpful! What I know is the site is not reclamation land, but is solid land that's why u see it follows the shape of lake on the site plan, if landfill then it definitely will be squarish piece of land to maximize usage. But even if u worried on ex-mining or reclamation also should not be problem as u can see now where Sunway, The Mines are once ex-mining area, or Penang or Singapore with reclamation on sea bed, all of those areas are developing well with high demand and nice view. |
