For those buyers, in case you are wondering why the house is not ready for VP yet. Its simply because the admin from developer did not submit all the application for syabas on time as per cut off in end of July. They gave a stupid reason because online submission is only ready in October. Only happened from metrogen. Not sure why can't they submit the actual document before can "submit online"

- depends on how much u want to renovate. Assuming is all empty, a basic renovation can cost from 100k from an interior designer.

Definitely agreed with your said. It's not only about delay. But the worst is no update and solution from developer side. After so many times of delaying the VP.

Salesman very aggressive before sales. But after sales, no responsibility to update client. This is exactly what is making everyone pissed off. Very unprofessional after sales service.

I do not think MCO is a good excuse anymore after all. We are already in November 2020. MCO was in March. And how other developer can have their VP after MCO period and it was on time as what they promised to customer before. I believe is discipline and self responsibility towards customers.

My experience when spoke to this Ms Y from the metrogen office. She claimed that she's the person in charge with Tasik project. Very rude.

I don't understand why they cannot have the solution to let us claim the bank interest for those who sign in 2018 and 2019. And those who signed on 2020 can claim their interest. That's super unfair for those who did not buy under HOC and buy at higher price.

When I bought in 2018. Sales person mentioned VP on Dec 2019. Even you can see in the group. Alot of previous comment mentioned Sales person said can get in March or June 2020. And until today we still didn't get any confirmation from them. Just keep on delaying.

Thanks for sharing the X2 story. And we have no choice only can wait. Just hope that they can get their VP ASAP and keep us update.

Don't bother to ask here. All sales person suddenly MIA. We also been waiting for answer. We shall call to their office again in December as they promised year end. Next month is December already. Hopefully not 31st Dec.

I agree with you that government side will be abit difficult. But I believe is the developer side is not doing their on timely manner. Until few days ago, the water meters are yet to install because they did not follow the dateline of submission. Supposed to submit the document to air selangor before August, but when I called in September, they mentioned they will only submit in October.

Yes true, I can claim back the interest paid.

Another update is, you can bring your renovators and contractors to view the unit to take measurement, so I think it is okie as developer site is accommodating too.

Mind to share what's the condition to claim ? And have you successfully claim any interest?

I heard you need like 3 months to claim the interest.

Unfortunately we do not get our VP as present as promised by this lousy developer.

Don't trust them when they cannot give you date. I just called and they have not event complete with the water meter installation and CF.

They said they will only follow the VP on S&P date. Those admins in this developer company is lazy and work with no SOP.

Most of the time, they do not have dateline for their contractor. I questioned them few times on the expected due date for water meter installation but they cannot answer. And this is one of the most important step to get CF and yet they don't bother to rush on this. They should have due date for contractor and fine them if past due date.

I know. Just to show to those who are interested to buy any property from Metrogen, think twice. Basically all the sales agent and admin have no responsibilities to their client. They cannot expect us to keep quiet like them when they are not responding right ? smile.gif

Please call them every week to follow up on the status to pressure them. Not to the sales agent. But to metrogen office please!!

As usual, They do not have a dateline for that VP and etc.

I spoke to them ask well. They told me they will only follow the VP date stated in S&P. Earliest will be on April 2021 for those who signed their S&P in first batch.

These people are so hopeless.

I think is for everyone for VP. Just that they will avoid compensating by getting it ready by April.
