same goes with rubine (for me la), the lowest fan speed is very fast

I'm sure your fan has been refurbished/repaired by third party, this is a very common scenario

dont think so, can feel the sound different when switching to 2nd,3rd and 4th speed. Same thing happen with deka fan too (but that one 3 speed)
i can only tolerate the non remote fan or 8/9 speed DC motor.

I see now what you mean, like one is the lowest speed, but when you switch to 5/4, power is lower than expected..

no sir, 1st speed already too fast for me, higher than that is very fast. if compared that with non remote model, the 1st speed is like 3rd speed on the non remote fan

So it's like the buttons were reversed? I had some of my fans working like that after having it repaired thru third party. It's like they have messed up connecting the cords from the switch to the circuit board or something
