You might need to double check on your trust on Ebay & Lazada.
Lazada too many story of buyer didn't get refund even few months later still no news. I will opt to 11street or Qoo10.my as their refund policy is better than Lazada.

Ebay? The platform and refund policy is good for buyer, at least for me.
Last time bought Motorola Razr Maxx at full price including shipping, what I get was used scratchy phone and 3rd party accessories. I'm mad! Messaged the seller first he only agree to refund few hundred bucks instead of half price of total price. Reason he told me, he got family to feed. WTF! This guy is from US, really facepalm to know this kind of mentality in 1st world country.
Open up dispute and Ebay sided to me but need to send back to him first. I'm using Poslaju cost around 70 IINM, stated there on the box, 'damaged phone'. Less than 2 weeks arrived safely and Ebay fully refund to me (except postage to US). That guy have more than 200 stars, that's why I believe him. Now long time never buy from Ebay, last time bought HTC M8 Windows Phone, works flawlessly.
