got this translated from some foreign web site
CLT-L29 8.1.0.107 (C432) Unsurprisingly, the firmware is of course still based on Android 8.1 and EMUI 8.1. What was surprising, however, is the fact that the update was only offered to me as Full. So if I go in the menu of the system update to "Download the latest complete package". Here you should also check it out, even if you do not see the update in the normal test. Changelog Huawei P20 Pro firmware update 107 Huawei P20 Pro firmware update changelog While the Changelog talks about optimizing online designs and updating Google security patches as of March 2018, it has also improved on a few other things that did not exist in retail version 8.1.0.106 (C432) were. Apart from small optimizations, such as correct translations (Master AI), was on the camera again touched up. Here you can manually select up to ISO 6400 (previously ISO 3200). In automatic mode, the promised ISO 102400 (previously 51200) is now possible. As I learned in conversation with Huawei, this restriction has been lifted only a few days before the presentation and now shuts it all off with this firmware update. Firmware 107 for all? As already written above, you should check manually if the firmware is available for you. My test device was on a different firmware than the sales devices. Likewise I have learned that internally there should also be a firmware 107a and 107b. So I can not say with absolute certainty whether this firmware for all as an OTA update is provided or. It is also quite possible that in a few days a firmware with a more recent name for all appears. This is not unusual with new devices. Firmware updates can also appear here within shorter periods of time, providing optimizations or just such "last-minute changes" as described above. QUOTE(luckymaggie @ Apr 19 2018, 10:12 AM) Just got my p20 pro updated to latest revision 107 a couple of minutes ago. I'm wondering does anyone know whether a changelog for EMUI update? . EMUI update is a little strange for me(coming from pure Android) since it only prompts you to install the update or delay them without any mention of the features changed or bugs fixed. Anyway the screen transition seems snappier and scrolling much smoother now besides the updates to enable higher iso for the camera after the update. Thanks. |
