those camera emboss with high possibilities of scratching. is it contain scratching protection? (there are almost all smartphone with camera emboss)

besides, the main touch screen, is it tempered glass? for example galaxy S9 it stated Corning Gorilla Glass 5, but no info on P20 (gsmarena)

Priority service at Customer Service Centre. --> not sure what is this mean? advantage on jump queue? is service centre has special counter for this?

warranty--> still 1 year but with 1 to 1 exchange

but we can see at some where, when purchase P20/P20 pro, it free VIP card,
