I have problem to backup my apps using Huawei Backup. When I connect my phone to the laptop, it will prompt "an app is obscuring a permission request..." on the phone and it cannot connect to the HiSuite. Tried to check possible settings but still no luck. Anything else should I checked?
Check apps that you currently install...some apps prevent the connection
