Is this phone way too powerful or our economy is looking good? Have seen so many people asking if they should change this phone from opt5, mate10p or even note8. #facepalm

When people compare and ask it means the phone is not powerful enough so they having doubts whether is this a worthy purchase.

Answer is if dont use spen, dont use samsung pay, dont like curve edge that give 3d effect look, then yes p20 pro is better at the camera and price range.

Apple iphone x also got such problem...barely few hours using already have screen problem, unresponsive touch, GPS issue, very weak phone signal etc..

This can happen to anyone, my meaning is no 1 to 1 exchange even just barely few days.. U get my mean? At least apple can 1 to 1??

but the how apple service center handle such problem? i bet not as same as huawei.

they will give u refurbished phone however, then ur unit will get repair and give to someone else

however he got his airpod replaced BUT not the iphone x.

I had some problems previously on my Huawei Mate 8 and claiming warranty for it was bit more difficult than it should be although I didn’t experience what that guy faced. Anyway, it’s probably an isolated case, there’s always a lemon or two in each batch of products.

Eh I thought the P20 pro comes with VIP card, 1-1 exchange if got issue?
