 rent booking cancelled, fully refund ?

i paid the agent 1800 and 300 for booking and tenancy agreement.

but the landlord didn't sign and suddenly cancelled the deal. i shall get my full refund ?

YES.

The landlord DID NOT cancelled the deal. He NEVER accepted your offer to rent .... that why didnt sign.

Yup. No penalty to the landlord as well because he/she didnt accept your offer.

If he/she accepted then cancel, yes penalty would apply depending on what is stated on the offer letter to rent.

If the landlord did not sign the booking form, that means the landlord never accepted your offer. As there isn't a deal yet, why did you say the landlord cancelled the deal?

You can get your money back from the real estate agent.

because agent said landlord confirmed verbally. then i will get back my deposit from the agent. feel bad for the agent , he working so hard and good service.
