I see few comments on Indian school remarks and Indian township. First of all, have been to that place and see it for yourself? Secondly, if it's an Indian township then why the heck Petalz and D Sands was built nearby there. Dont talk like sohai if you have keyboard, talk what is relevant to the thread. Stop being racism!

not yet even official launch lagi bro... how to have construction progress... and they are not developer who start build only sell...

It was good. Perhaps one of the lowest psf for a freehold at OKR. With partially furnished deal, I think is a very good deal. I realized this side of OKR make more sense than arena and citizen. Easier to go back home/near KTM and nearer to NPE.

Downside is 2 lifts.

should at least give 3 lifts la, 1 has to be service lift that carry rubbish

Haha so should cheap with the developer which brand they using is it haha..but looking into it 100 plus 2 lift ok kut..haha..though if u were to ask my 3 will be better...anyone purchased one? I may want to go again tomorrow to check again.

Majority problem incur in high rise in Malaysia related to lift...and it is most expensive to maintain

I heard they are giving smart home system too. The price is quite attractive considering is freehold.

Went today to have a look and I think almost 60-70 sold. I booked one ,697 sqft. After discount about 560-570 psf, of all the freehold in OKR I think this is one of the cheapest. Partially furnished ( kitchen,smart home system,Airconds). Better than arena package a lot lol. Lucky I didn’t get arena, is at the wrong side of OKR.

3 lifts is a must this is not PKNS flat or DBKL flats right .only 2 lifts provided and the same lift also to carry garbage and thrash downstairs.
