There's also a Chinese school within the vicinity called SJK © Yuk Chyun.

Early in the mornings at 7am onwards on working days, you'll see a crawl heading towards that direction where Petalz, Citizens 1 & 2 are. I long suspected that there are some schools there in the vicinity causing the jam.

So those who are working in PJ, Sunway City and Subang will have to crawl together with the school-goers if they happen to reach there around that time.

this makes more sense if jam... usually sjkc are all diamond platinum babies... one car for one kid to school... no more car pooling or school bus days anymore... haiz...

but still quite a distance from bliss... but i agree all jam together when heading towards NPE PJ direction....

Until today priced stagnant and many wanna let go but nobody interested.
The Zizz yet to complete. Apart from the narrow minimum corridor width, not able to comment on other stuff yet.

I agree with you that maintenance is high if provided additional lift. My experience is different with you, the condo i used to stay, about 10 units per floor with 2 lifts. During the non-peak hour, cleaner take up 1 lift for gather waste at each floor for few hours. Furthermore, almost every week there are people moving in and out, which take up 1 lift for half day. Most of the time I wait the lift for more than 2 min.

then u have to look at the levels already... this project i think less than 30 stories... plua 6 units per level... another lift will be very overkill... and yea... i seldom use lift during non peak hours... lol

It'll be a godsend if one of the lifts KO. Believe me, I lived in a similar condo to yours, which is also 8 units/floor and covered by 2 lifts, 18 floors of residential units total. The worst is when that happened, everyone who wants to go up or down will have to cram into the remaining lift that is still operational. Every month, either one of the lifts are bound to break down twice after a month or two. The worst was last month where one of the lifts broke down 3 times in 2 weeks.

But mine is over 20 years old, so not surprise on the lifts' age and KO frequency. Wonder when the lift replacement will finally take off...

my condo also more than 20 years old already.... but the frequence of lifts breakdown very low... i think in my 20+ years life staying there... less than 10 times not operational... but i rmb there was once where one of it not operational for one whole week... haha... but still i think just because of these surprises and need another lift kinda overkill to the owners' pocket... unless plan to use 2 out of 3 lifts alternate timings and etc with 1 being a backup just in case...

I wouldn't mind if 1 is a service lift and the other 2 are for regular use, or make the lifts operate like what you suggested.

But for old condos, well, not much can be done there since it was already designed in this way, outside of replacing the lifts in its entirety (which will require a temporary spike in maintenance fees. Bound to be opposed by the majority of residents).
