I did dehumifier system for few f&b line. It's not easy to get low RH with the dehumifier machine itself, you'll need to combine it with cold air (air con) to achieve low RH value.

Like other said, for a small space like kitchen it's better to use silica gel or add a fan blowing toward the gel for better efficiency.
