I was very annoyed by this as it never occur in my previous car, Proton Gen 2, maybe due to the nature of Electric Power Sterling this suck in effect happens.
I was able to eliminate this after installing full set of UR bar, stage 1 did not help either.

Cars with too much positive castor angle on the front suspension will be pulled easily by the turbulence air or cross wind.
Soft suspension, high ride height, and tires with soft sidewalls will also make the car sway more easily under turbulence effects.
