oh..sounds like u r asking for 'illegal' stuff to be transfered, which is instructions for piracy is not allowed. that's why you are being warned. correct me if i m wrong.

I just asking how to tranfer a game to the nintendo ds only. I also din ask how or where to download the games. Downloading a software to the nintendo DS also ilegal?

TS did not state it is illegal game. Maybe it is a trial version game?

you did not state clearly what "game" you downloaded.

you didn't say it was LEGAL game you downloaded, did ye now?

He didn't deserve it. There are trial games that we can download from the internet.
