Bullshit. Someone called my branch, he said he's an M2U user and he's having an issue with his M2U. I asked why he didn't want to refer to MBB.

He said he did call MBB hotline but because the staff couldn't resolve his issue, they asked him to call the bene bank to get it fixed.

Ma puki punya maybank. The uncle also apologised for troubling us. I can hear his voice was really sorry to disturb us as he knows this has nothing to do with my side.

a good UX should show how much remaining balance i still have left to spend as well

Agreed. It should at least show a summary on the very front page. Not to drill down deep deep baru can see lots of details.

Bila mau revert back to old one? Haiihh. The new UI makes me very hard to monitor the transaction.

CIMB new website slow loading time.
CC does not show you amount owned as per transaction point, only total owned.
new UI need to load for account selection, vs old UI ready in dropdown menu.

Fund Transfer doesn't work if you don't own a Debit or ATM card. I thought the government or Bank Negara is promoting internet banking. Yet we've to pay to use it.
