completed project: jaya one leasehold, psf about 800+ to 900+, the hub sovo 900+ psf.

ameera residence, uptown residence, 5 stone, ascencia ttdi all pricing goes crazy no need see for sure jor. subsales fork out many downpayment, legal fees, renovation fees

atwater same density slightly higher, ryan miho lagi teruk, so i see this is the best thing so far compare to those..
this one freehold, low density and new only selling 800++psf
i been doing some market survey recently since im going to get one for own stay, correct me if im wrong bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

i stay ss17 now, my brother got 1 unit at 5stones.
i prefer that area more convenience for me rclxm9.gif
this project look promising, but so sad dont have any update cry.gif

no info whos the developer yet, as long as the price and layout acceptable then should be okay jor.
experienced developer or not still will have some issue geh. example: mamamahsing rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

The hub is sovo meaning an office.

Tis ivory likely to be the sane.....

Cant compare opis and residential proper.

from 500sf until 2000sf,......from section 17 untill ttdi......what exactly you are looking for? or are you joking? seem likes very wrong....
