1. have good foam padding
2. have very solid base (wheel)
3. hydraulic system does not fail
4. sturdy
Once you tasted those RM 1.3k+++ types, you won't touch those below RM 1000 type.
Anda Seat have all the criteria you mention above and sell below RM1K. I am using Dark Wizard which cost me RM949 only with memory foam head rest.
