Well..no respond from contractor. But then, got same sms from TM. I call 100 to confirm again on 18/4. Still waiting for respond..

This whole speed upgrade by TM is BS. Most of us piss off with TM coz of 2 things roll into 1.

1. Expensive package for Streamyx users. 160 for 8Mbps while Unifi get 139 for 30Mbps. and this get to my next point

2. No standardize price/package across the speed we subscribe. For Instance, from RM120-RM140, we have 2Mbps,4Mbps, 10Mbps and 30Mbps package have been reported.

If Tm want to apply quota, set the package 5Mbps/60Gb for lower price maybe Rm58 not at speed of 30Mbps. Why 5Mbp?. They can apply this for streamyz and unifi customer. These is my suggestion..

5Mbps/RM40/60GB
5Mbps/RM50/unlimited
10Mbps/RM60/90Gb
10Mbps/RM70/unlimited
30Mbps/RM88/unlimited
50Mbps/RM108/unlimited
