okay i got tplink archer c7.. after setup my internet is working, then i tried opening hypptv .. it working but .. alll my wifi and wired connection stop working.. like no internet access for wired, cannot access the setup page ( 192.168.0.1) and i cant connect to WiFi .. anyone had problem like this before? im using latest Malaysian firmware listed in the tp link website..

is this still on ? i was quoted 189 for 50mbps, 2 yr contract, after that 239. 239 for 100mbps, 2 yr contract, after that 289. why so many different offerings ?

is there any package or anyway to downgrade the hypptv bundles to lower tier package/price? becos i dont use hypptv at all, it's such a waste.

but for speed wise, i want to stick to 100Mbps

I am new to Unifi. My connection was suddenly off just now. Router seem restart with the power LED blinking and I noticed the BTU LED for LAN1 is off. Is this the common issue for C1200 that causing auto restart?

You are already on a good price and hypptv is bundled so you can’t really lower it any further.

Could be an issue with the BTU itself. But, yes, the C1200 is generally crap.

I am not sure if this auto restart is normal for a modem router running 24x7 or good 1 will not get restart itself?

Just terminated by rm179 50mbps and reapply for rm30mbps for rm139

That’s almost the same as mine. Mine’s Ruby instead of Aneka. Now that Jumbo is being changed to Ultimate and has all the channels Ruby/Aneka Plus has, when the time is right, I think a few of us will be exploring the possibility of dropping Ruby/Aneka Plus and its associated RM30 charge.
