Just live chat with them, after checking they detected that I’m on a special promo discount. They ask me to call 100 and speak to sales department regarding this.

Yes I also asked them if I already have Ultimate pack which have all channels, why do I still need to pay another RM30 for Ruby pack but they said it is part of special promo pack and I’ll have to refer to sales team.

I guess mine will be same case as yours as the report ticket is pending for more than a week. I believe someone will call me to inform that it is not possible to remove it now.

Looks like still no luck in trying to remove Ruby Plus pack and only maintain Ultimate pack for my RYE 2017 plan. After 3 weeks of several reports, they concluded that they will not remove the Ruby Plus pack to maintain my monthly fee of RM189.

I was told the same by CS as well but CS can only create a report ID, by the time it reaches the relevant department who handles any modification to your account, I guess that’s where it gets stuck as per my case because they will do the necessary checking.

You’ll have to be really lucky to get someone who doesn’t check anything at all to get one of the pack removed and maintain only Ultimate pack for RYE 2017 special plan.

Seems like my MCMC report status has been ‘New’ for few days already without it being assigned to any TM staff. Usually it’ll be assigned by the next working day.
