They need to standardise pricing first before implementing the price cut. Imagine with pricing now, there are those who pay for UniFI lite RM99, RM88, RM149, etc. Same goes to those paying for 100mb at between RM149 to 320. A lot ppl will still rage.

Streamyx 8Mbps user with no unifi FTTH coverage
VDSL2 area with maximum 50Mbps
VDSL area with maximum 30Mbps

Yes, for this I will agree. I cannot imagine myself paying RM 189 for 800Mbps while my friend is paying 179 for 50Mbps.

are you still in contract? if not, then potong and get new speed with low price... take 30mbps and later upgrade to 300mbps with rm179... sometimes when you want terminate, they will ask why, and just said high price and i want reduction, if can get, i will not terminate....


or both of you can complaint to cfm or skmm, under unfair of pricing....

hmm... to bad under VDSL... if only you can get TIME to installed at your area... for now, you can complaint and complaint until you get like other... atleast you can get maybe 179...

After do a complain to Mcmc about VDSL 2 are not get speed upgrade,today there call to me explain,ask how you know you are not eligible,i say before you website down I check ald after that there say wait until August 15 recive the email first,that will done by phase,so now I closed the report first and see what action there do for all people are not eligible get upgrade,maybe before me many go to complain ald,this time just use 6day to reply,last time almost 15day

Exactly. Anyway, just changed my friend to TIME 100Mbps for RM 149 since she won't be eligible to upgrade to Turbo from 50Mbps. I have helped her to check and she's on VDSL2.

Theoretically, all existing and new customers (until end of year) with capable infrastructure, should get the upgrade. Those without supporting infra...left out once again like last time. But this time, don't know what TM will do for such, in terms of adequate compensation.
