QUOTE(Jeffreynsx @ Jul 17 2018, 09:43 AM) First month speed is promising. When come to subsequent months, you may realized the speed throttle down a lot. Do take note their marketing gimmicks. yes i also notice about this thing. but then, i dont have any option since unifi port is full at my house. sigh |

QUOTE(Jeffreynsx @ Jul 22 2018, 04:53 PM) When the number of users who access the internet become higher, the speed will be reduced tremendously. Especially during weekends. i dont have that setting on my smart tv, if youtube yes it have that function.I don't think you can watch 4K videos smoothly during peak hours. As I realized the speed can drop from 50mbps to 8mbps during peak hours. The highest resolutions you can proceed is 1440p instead of 2160p. now im looking for TIME, but still they ddnt reach my house. but on their map shows that less than 2km from my house got TIME installed. sigh |

QUOTE(Jeffreynsx @ Jul 23 2018, 06:12 AM) Me too. Beside my neighbors house there is a high rise building with TIME coverage, and the area to support is limited within the building only. According to TIME support, we need to lodge a report to them to seek for new coverage within our residential area, then only they will do something to our area. Bear in mind the speed for TIME is excellent, more than 100mbps for every speed test done at my friends house despite during peak hours. i ask my friend who registered with TIME, he said that hes been using it for more than 5 month, and only 1 time it went down, for 5 minutes. thats it. |

QUOTE(Jeffreynsx @ Aug 1 2018, 07:22 AM) Once you download Huawei HManager to your Android devices, you can lock the band for your Huawei B618 router. For Celcom, the band is 1800MHz and 2600MHz. Once both of this band is locked, the indicate in Huawei HManager will shown 4G - 44. what is the password ? is it 'password' ?You need to download Huawei HManager and login as administrator (based on Huawei B618 router password) before can lock the band. |
