Just got my hand on the Celcom Home Wireless. Wow the speed test is impressive but the rest is yet to be tested.

Welcome to the club. I am also impressed i got 80mbps and the coverage of the wifi is also impressive that why the router worth RM1299

Good news for you. I'm not able to access bitorrent or utorrent websites at all. Did you able to access Adobe.com?

I went to Celcom Blue Cube to apply for Home Wireless the guy who attended to me said my area has no coverage after he checked on his computer. I then access Celcom website and showed him the website said my area has coverage and he was surprised.

Really?? RM1299?? I was told at Lazada was RM10XX. When I was there to apply there were a few people returning the router saying slow speed and intermittent line breaking off.

Their computers all show no coverage..
I brought my laptop and the result was different..
Dunno what happen to their pc.
Even checked using my phone also got coverage.

i must say that this thing is actually not ready to sell yet. they do have a lot of things need to be done.

Yeah exactly what happen. I told them I checked at my home PC and I showed them my phone too. Does that mean their system is never updated?

I know my house are within their coverage but my work place only near by address have but also she allow me to subscribe.

the most funniest part is...now I am using it in their so called no coverage area with no problem at all... Their system is glitch..

They did not update the system. Their network department did not do their job properly. Onsite and internal department did not liaise with each other from my observation.

i think maybe its the same person who answerd the call.. it was last two days i call about my report, i ask this guy to check,

this is what he said.. " we do have the same problem with torrent as well.. " and i said " i dont care about torrent.. the only thing i care is about my job.. i really need to access to adobe.com. "

and he said anything he will update me later.. along with my bill.. "

Celcom does not reply to me on their official FB messenger since yesterday. I usually ask them about the remaining quota of video walla via FB. I wonder if they blocked me or is it the same for you guys?

1. Yes got video cap its 100gb and normal data is 50GB but i u streamyx alot of online movies i have a feeling 100gb wont be enough. my first week it already hit 13.76GB .

It doesnt separate walla and normal data so i do not know how much my video left

Beware. Free 30 days Trial is fake. If you terminate within 30 days trial period. Of course you need to return modem with complete accessories. THEN celcom will bill you as much as you have utilized. Don't ask me why i know, because today i just terminate this plan. Then won't tell you when you register for it. WTH celcom..

Even they charge me how much i used i should be fine with it. I got keep the receipt so i can just show them my receipt as proof.
