just some comments about warranty service
i am not sure why you need send your tv to SC for warranty .
and why they dont have spares...
or its their policy for a 1 to 1 exchange .
my case samsung ,nearly 2 years old then had lines on screen too , and 1 month to expiry of warranty .
call Sam service center and they send a tech .
he verified led screen problem as said he need to file a report to change screen .
tech came back after 3 days to change the screen .
the problem fix .
conclusion .
buy only from brand s that have Good after sales service. saves so much issues/ time .. right
