seriously avoid this brand... sent my tv for warranty claim in July & only confirmed get tv replacement in first week November!! That after i chased service centre who chased Skyworth & Courts(where it was bought). Call Skyworth service centre 4x & told they agreed to pay Courts for my new tv replacement. Asked skyworth salesperson to follow up. Only in November Skyworth HQ paid money to Courts..really fck Skyworth.The best parts no stock in Courts & have to order TV. Will arrive next year!!

suda komplen to KPDNHEP but xtau got action or not..i already choose Philips 58PUT6604 and add RM500++. Bought Toshiba for RM1800 but they agreed to pay RM1650 only.
And need wait for a month or one month plus...

Yo, yesterday I saw Samseng crystal UHD 55" 6 Series TU6900 RM22K + and Sharp 60" UHD Easysmart 4TC60AH8X at RM2499 at Aeon B
Asked, stated new set. Not sure if it's a bargain or not.

Hai guys.. anyone here using 2019 Skyworth UB7500 series android tv? How is the tv performance? After read review here, im noted on Skyworth brand "bad" image.. but..... Im very temted with price for 65" on lazada... Thinking to buy one for enternainment viewing...

I just send my TV for a warranty... (got a tiny line at the bottom) hope my case is better kua for you.... according to the technician that took away my TV for RMA said he will update the system a week later and see if I can claim a new TV....

i dont think u will new tv.. my tv was old model.. already discontinued tht why i go new tv...

Im using the 50 inch model. so far ok. dolby vision is nice. love the frameless design. performance quite ok

Really hope it got android 10 upgrade

just some comments about warranty service

i am not sure why you need send your tv to SC for warranty .
and why they dont have spares...
or its their policy for a 1 to 1 exchange .

my case samsung ,nearly 2 years old then had lines on screen too , and 1 month to expiry of warranty .

call Sam service center and they send a tech .
he verified led screen problem as said he need to file a report to change screen .
tech came back after 3 days to change the screen .
the problem fix .

conclusion .
buy only from brand s that have Good after sales service. saves so much issues/ time .. right nod.gif

i think SengHeng is one Seller with Great after sales service.
i bought a few products here.
Any product faulty just call them and they will arrange service or any for you .
i bought a belkins from my cash back TV purchase .
they do not issue a receipt on the belkins cos i did not pay money . deduct from my cash back .
he said any issue with the belkins product just call . they will arrange all warranty . even to claim lightning damage .
This is great service i think thumbsup.gif

prices are a bit high in SH but during promotions you can get great BUYs .

On mine it say total space: 4.3gb. Free space available around 2.8gb

same laaa I call SenHeng since buy from them... they send technician over but instead of screen repair according to him, the cost of screen / panel is 90% of the TV cost so usually their SOP is to replace/refund

I got a call later from SenHeng that Skyworth has fully refund them the cost of the TV and I can top-up to change a new one...

Go there same day, pick a new TV (I decided to go for a new 2020 Sony model) top up a little and they even give a brand new warranty...

so I got a new TV, new Warranty!!! (5 years warranty)
