Is it? Having issues with this for years. Had no idea the causes but I can guess. Probably something I ate. Shrimp based, chicken etc.

It stings and painful. Any pills that I can take to cure it quickly? Does Vanicream Cleansing Bar helps?

Does it itch?

I think what I have is probably hives.

Allergic to sardines.

The forum is certainly not the best place to check. Get a diagnosis from your doctor or a dermatologist and they'll be able to give your solutions. If it stings, you can probably try soothing it with Thermal Spring Water like the ones from Avene. They are known to have some minerals/ healing properties with the effect to calm rashes or itches. But this is not exactly a solution, more like a temporary relief if it works for you.
