You don't really need a website. Just look up for some free lancer models on fb or instagram. Drop them a message and they will let you know their rates.

Nowadays mostly Social Media.

Have a strong impact photos on your instagram, search your local area by hashtag.
or check insta recommendation algorithm via your friend's who are model or model you are following follower.

If you saw talent that you interested, the style that match with your idea.
Send the model a DM.

Introduce yourself who are you, straight to the point.
No hanky panky.. just say you have an idea for photoshoot and the model suit the style.
Ask the model to check out your profile, and also send some sample photos the style you want to shoot.

Wait for an hour till 1 week.
If the model reply.. good to do.
Set a date and time.

If not... if still interested, write a comment on her post. maybe 2-3 random nice comment.
Then ask her to check her DM.

50/50 chance you'll get response.

If still no response.

Move on...

There's a lot of talent willing to collaborate..
