oversubscribed doesn't mean good, undersubscribed doesn't mean bad

Give 1 example here:

1. Eco World International was oversubscribed by 9 times, IPO price was RM1.2
now hoovering below 1 for long long time, totally useless.

that 1 is kinda of expected because the company is not generating profits until 2019, which has been highlighted up front in the prospectus and kenanga's IAL. can't really blame. if blame also blame those who didn't read it.

if you ask me, the warrant is a good buy, given small cost with bigger potential gains in the future.
