Have any of you encounter issue with lazada on your purchase? I have issue here where i bought items and the status was stuck "Your package has been packed and is being handed over to a logistics partner" for 2 weeks and after regular follow up only to found out that items claimed to be "LOST"

There is no one that inform or reply (even after i did live chat, called & even email to them)

Did that like 6-7 times already. They simply ignore me on livechat. When spoke to them on the line, the answer i get is item is lost and will proceed with refund, NO proper explanation and also say NO COMPENSATION. Its like WTF?
