T & L's products' prices are very attractive..but if there's some faults in the phone, are we gonna send it back to T & L Hong Kong? or they have some authorized dealers here locally?

Is the invoice issued byT&L HK address or thier KL partner address? Thinking to buy a tablet to claim tax but if the seller invoice indicate frm overseas then need to think twice

becareful of t&l .. ordered a phone from qoo10, waiting 1 week, then only say no stock, while on 11street still selling at higher price. I feel seller is dishonest. If they can perform like that, you can wonder how their warranty will be like... if they can dishonor a sale and sell to other at higher price, do you think they can dishonor your warranty with lots of excuses?

T&L quite reputable. I bought LG v10 from them once. The lg v10 failed after more than a year due to motherboard issue.. exceeded the warranty period so can't do anything. basically is LG quality issue and many ppl have that issue.

Anyhow, if you are buying flagship original phone whether is import or local, it should be not a problem to last for a year.

I only use flagship phone so based on my experience, it will last very long if you take care of it properly. My samsung galaxy s2. galaxy note 4 both are still working.

Last year switched to Sony XZ premium and now almost 1 year still working fine.

For phones above RM1000..better buy at reputable physical shops like SenHeng, Harvey Norman etc. Even a minor malfunction you can just bring it back to them and get a 1 to 1 swap.

everything on my s2 is still working except the battery but i just replace it since it is removable.. now no more removable.. so battery kong u need to sacrifice ur water resistant or buy a new 1..  nice marketing strategy..

anyway, smartphone if you are chasing the trend using it will be obsolete after 3 years then u will start looking for something better.
