Is it just me or vouchers cannot be applied ?
One-time use cash voucher
Double checked the code and entered but it says voucher code is invalid
Which is strange because if it's used it would say fully redeemed

So problem with the system ? Is the system OK now ? Why can't I use it ?
Anyone tried to use a one-time cash voucher today ?

Bought some vouchers with Xpax Ole-Ole, beginning with SCWTBJ supposed to be valid until next year but when I type it in it says invalid , even if someone redeemed it it should say "fully redeemed " right?
But the newer ones starting with SCWOGIMC no problem
Anyone else experiencing this ?
System glitch ?

Great customer service
Voucher cannot be used, says invalid
Emailed them around 1am yesterday
gave me a generic response at 8 am (we are still waiting for the feedback from our relevant department ...... )
Then replied at around 2 pm , says voucher can be used , please try again
Tried again memang tak boleh, replied them and asked, no response

Still cannot use my voucher .......

Their customer service is really shit
Voucher cannot be applied, it says invalid
Contacted them they replied can be applied, pls try again
Tried many times confirm cannot , complain again by replying the email
Seems like no response, so submitted another email, told me another same case pending close my case, contact via chat say will respond/update me by today
Their update is just "we have escalated ..." BS
Completely unreliable

Seems like they focus more on copy paste template responses instead of actually solving customers' problems

What about refund ? Refund wallet ke refund through payment card ?

Anyone reloaded Lazada Wallet with CIMB-Lazada prepaid? What is the merchant name listed ? Eligible for the 15% ?

I reloaded 167 (for max RM25 cash back) for 12% bonus
Hopefully qualify for 15%

For transaction spent this month (around 21st)
When will I receive the 1% ? The 25th this month ?

Just contacted Lazada, they confirmed Lazada wallet reload using CIMB-Lazada prepaid is NOT entitled to the 15% bonus cash back , as it is for purchases only
