How long they will take to reinstate the gift card? Error during payment cause the gift card shows redeemed. But order not go through. Now want to make new order show gift card redeemed

A rgh. My LGC not yet reinstate. 30hrs already. CS said only take 24hrs

Sigh. Lazada canceled and refund me. Cb Lex. Is that possible to refuse refund and ask them to resent the item? Scared if I'm asking to resent, they refund as store credit

Scenario: Bought LGC use voucher and make order. Somehow order got canceled. How much they will refund? "Item value when purchase" or "order value minus voucher used"?
