The problem with LGC’s order is that it can’t be refunded like cash orders.

To trust consumer rights or to skip the savings, that’s tough choice, LOL.

If full amount they shouldn’t have problem revalidate (not that I wish to use LGC and purchase item at full price losing the option of using discount code).

But things will get complicated with partial refund. That’s what I worry bout.

I tried, if single item paid via Lazada gift card............the item cancelled and lzd will re-validate you a new code

if multiple item, then i dont know

same, dunno whats wrong, every time cannot track using app, dispute also useless, cannot help at all

Is cashback on lazada having problem with Milkadeal ang Getcashback? Shopback working but not those 2..

I don trust milkadeal too.. not only Lazada, agoda app also will not be able to track.

Submit missing cashback request, but will never have 1 time is successful appeal, n they have no update on ur request after that too.

So I will stick back to shopback n try to avoid milkadeal.. I will only use milkadeal if shopback do not have the merchant to try my luck. But everytime no luck.

Need help regarding this matter:
Bought an item at Lazada that cost rm19 and paid using rm10 voucher bought from MyDigi app and rm9 by creditcard. Order was cancelled by Lazada and was only refunded the rm9 to my creditcard account. No SV and also Lazada won't  revalidate the voucher and instead asked me to claim from Digi. Would appreciate some suggestion on how to tackle this. TQIA.
