threaten them will report kpdnkk if keep draggin the refund. Got my refund last time ( item lost at Gdex ) but not until i threaten them with kpdnkk.. whole ordeal last about 2 month..

now lapsupda belongs to uncle Ma ,  asking for SV macam hutang lapsupda agent berapa juta loh , bery lanC.....

That day asking for order , the fkar agent directly end chat  , terus screenshot send to their asklaz@lazada.com.my & cc their management 
suka suka cancel order , no point shopping kat lapsupda....
consumer only looking for good value item ma .... make payment liao than kena cancel... bodo lapsupda

Just asking, I haven't got my refund sebab barang tak sampai. Dah 15working days. Contacted my bank, also no floating or anything.

How? Anyone got experiences before?

Just want to share my refund experience with lasapda to you guys.

-Status shows refund completed on 6 Mar.
-Call 1 week after to ask again, they said need 15 days to process.
-Call on 21 Mar, they emphasise 15 BUSINESS DAYS, have to exclude weekend.
-fine, so I wait till 27 Mar, and guess what? they said system migrate error, didnt process your refund. 
-So i give them my saving account for online banking which is only take 3 days, compare to the previous cc reverse charge which take 15 days.
-Today is 2 Apr, still haven't received my refund.
-Way to go lapsapda, this is how you xxxx your customer.

bro, try register a paypal account. I receive my refund in my paypal account within 24 hours after receive email from laspada regarding 0.98 issues. if using paypal, you just open a dispute at paypal, let them settle for you.
