Just want to share my refund experience with lasapda to you guys.

-Status shows refund completed on 6 Mar.
-Call 1 week after to ask again, they said need 15 days to process.
-Call on 21 Mar, they emphasise 15 BUSINESS DAYS, have to exclude weekend.
-fine, so I wait till 27 Mar, and guess what? they said system migrate error, didnt process your refund. 
-So i give them my saving account for online banking which is only take 3 days, compare to the previous cc reverse charge which take 15 days.
-Today is 2 Apr, still haven't received my refund.
-Way to go lapsapda, this is how you xxxx your customer.

If you check the link I've posted, it's mainly only CIMB charging it, and they are charging it for a hell lot of other vendors like Expedia/Agoda/Apple etc. I'm starting to think that CIMB credit cards are pretty crappy, especially compared to other banks.

btw guys, try not to link paypal to lazada account as there are multiple cases out there where scammers change your email to theirs. yes, this is lapsapda, scammers can do it and the best thing is the verification thing for the email change goes to the new email. i dont understand why. then, the scammers will buy huge amount like latest iphone or huawei. those that use debit card for paypal, good luck. credit card at least can block, debit money go then byebye liao. so better beware of using paypal.

i just bought lzd rm10 voucher in mydigi before reading this 
shopback is promoting 11st for reload now. 10% upsized cashback, was 0.4%

i ordered bed from Lazada and faced very bad delivery service ended my item not being ship. Follow with customer serice and said will delivery as soon as possible but ended up not receive anything. already 2 weeks time (promised will delivery in 10 days) so decided to cancel and ask for refund. mana tau once ask for refund, i received sms saying the item is being shipped, feel like being fool by Lazada.

Very disappointing buying experience from Lazada.
