yes, i got the same error,

Not able to resolve by CIMB call center after 8 calls, i gave up.

I confirm most of the call center workers are either lazy or stupid.

First call,

Website system maybe not stable, try again next day, that's all

Second call,

No idea what error was that, nothing much i can do from my side.

Third call,

Maybe you try to visit our branch and seek help from there. So i visited one of the CIMB branches, and the girl said must apply online, i was like WTF, your call center kicked the ball to you, and you kicked me back,

Forth call,

Repeat 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Confirmed glitch if it comes with the model! Lol
