Need help regarding this matter:
Bought an item at Lazada that cost rm19 and paid using rm10 voucher bought from MyDigi app and rm9 by creditcard. Order was cancelled by Lazada and was only refunded the rm9 to my creditcard account. No SV and also Lazada won't  revalidate the voucher and instead asked me to claim from Digi. Would appreciate some suggestion on how to tackle this. TQIA.

How can I tell them to send the parcel to nearby pick up service instead, my area have skynet gdex dhl etc, I may not available in the house if they want to send to my house.
