Hmm that weird. Here's my experience(not instalment) regarding voucher/coupon code.
Applied vouchers but stuck/failed at payment page(probably got do with banking system). Try again with same vouchers and got "voucher has been used" error.
Luckily automatically revalidated after some time. In 30 minutes or so.
But your case here didn't through payment yet. That's odd.

Had d same problem, so I uninstalled my Lazada apps and reinstalled the latest one n bingo it worked.
