Why so mafan... for those refund in store credit I paid with online banking (e.g. M2U).
Just reply the “your refund initiated” email that contained the store credit code with ur bank detail (to asklaz@lazada.com.my) and ask for transfer.
Done & reflect within 3 days usually

Normal photo will do. But I’m using scannable / Dropbox when I wanna scan any receipt or document... seamless & tidy

Receipt from terminal will do. In whatsapp they will ask for receipt number; send the “invoice no” in the receipt
