16% discount + 16% rebate (but not 32% savings)
Most likely BDCIMB16 (if 16%) or BDCIMB15 (if 15%).
As max discount RM20, /16% -> RM125
RM125 - RM20 = RM105 transaction amount.
RM105 to get 15%+1% (RM16.80) rebate for CIMB-Lazada.

It is a CIMB card account.
You can withdraw cash at CIMB ATM, FOC.
Not sure if you can transfer to CIMB CASA.
You can use CIMB-Lazada card at any places accepting Mastercard,, and you will get 0.5% rebate.

It is not Lazada Wallet, which is Alipay Malaysia.

Not only cancel your CIMB ATM card but also your CIMB CASA.
CIMB don't have a CASA that pay high interest rate.
It is better leave the money at M2U Savers or UOB e-account or Alliance Saveplus to earn more interest.
IBG/IBFT to CIMB-Lazada card when you want to withdraw cash at CIMB ATM.

It is a Prepaid (cash) card. You withdraw your money, not a advance like a credit card.
I always use CIMB-Lazada card to withdraw cash at a CIMB ATM. It is more convenient for me than withdraw cash at Maybank ATM.
Also, IBFT will be FOC from 1/7/18.
