there is deepavali holiday in sabah but not sarawak. btw most indians in sarawak i see are punjabis. however i easily spot indians in sabah and sarawak than in terengganu and kelantan.

there are many indians in kuching actually, but most are not pure indians. most are mix with natives. btw im living in bintulu and my next door neighbour is indian family, selling curry spices in pasar tamu bintulu.

Yeah agree with newbie. Also no Little India shops..

Bangladesh not that many in Sarawak as foreign worker. Indon more common since they just come from across the border. Bangla if work Sarawak got to apply 2 visa.

And that place filled with ibanese headhunters at that time, only some Chinese brave enough to go there do mining.

I heard last time there was always news of Chinese victims got headhunted there when they ventured too far.
