for my case, SDAC failed to rectify and solve my problem, but the SDAC stuffs stupid to send me a link (to me email) of customer feedback form of their service after I bought the car from them, so I feedback my disatisfaction towards ford poor service, and not long after that, the ford direct SDAC hq to get in touch with me and I with this HQ stuffs knowing my problem, they arrange the branch manager to personally look into my case and eventually solve my problem.
you gotta tekan them, best is make ford aware and let ford tekan SDAC hq so that hq tekan branch, that is how the world rolls man. lol
