I would like to ask if anybody here knows the contact person and telephone number of SDAC Ford HQ for the purpose of making a complaint. I tried calling SDAC Ford PJ service centre both the general line and the service adviser's direct line for almost half an hour and nobody picked up the line. Numerous emails sent to SDAC Customer Care Centre 2 weeks ago were not replied to.
I would appreciate some information on the focal point or complaint centre where there is a person, ideally the Complaint Manager where I can reach out to and talk to. Is SDAC Ford main HQ where the Customer Care or Complaint Centre is based on is located at the PJ service centre (1st floor)?

This general line 03-7621 5118 at PJ Service centre seems like it's not working or it's set to default with the voice recording playing "We apologise that the line is busy. Please try again later or leave your name, contact number and message after the beat".

Thanks for the suggestions. Just disappointed with the level of communication and service from SDAC's customer service as they are not only poor in communication by giving the wrong responses but do not respond to emails but rather call owners. The worst is by calling, the confirmation via verbal communication was not in order. In other words, they gave wrong information.
Don't want to get into detail so will explain briefly. In my case, I was sent a drive shaft recall from one of the service advisers. I wrote in to SDAC Customer Care to confirm on the drive shaft service appointment and they did not respond to that email but called me instead to confirm on the appointment. When I sent my car to the drive shaft replacement, I was informed that my car was not entitled for the drive shaft replacement.

QUOTE(Stefan How @ Mar 26 2018, 06:11 PM) Dam, did you show them the Letter? Seems like their management is so bad.. The drive shaft recall notification is not through a letter but a message via SMS. Yes, the management is poor because the Customer Service itself did not do a good job by confirming on the drive shaft recall service appointment although just via verbal communication through telephone after I sent them an email. One of the senior Customer Service officers Mr Rajan called me to clarify on the matter and apologise on SDAC's behalf. From the conversation I was informed that the head is Mr Krishnan. The downline of SDAC inclusive of the ladies manning the Customer Service is not doing a proper job. This post has been edited by SportyHandling: Mar 28 2018, 07:26 AM

Just an add-on, the poor experience above is not the first with SDAC Ford but the 2nd. The first experience was worst as the interior of my car was left in a very poor condition, all the beige leather seats covered with black dust + deep scratches on one of the interior door panel after I left my car at the service centre for 1 month.
Almost 5 years owning the Ford, I can now understand why there are very few interest on the car. My belief is it is not so much on the car as it's a good car (even with the hassle of the Powershift transmission in terms of clutch replacement) but the QUALITY OF AFTER SALES or Customer Service. During my ownership with Nissan, it's a much more pleasant experience in terms of after-sales. Tan Chong's after-sales management actually sent a letter to my home after a complaint, and they included a small gift as a gesture. Another incident is they replaced the whole dashboard FOC even though the warranty period is over. My experience with Tan Chong(Nissan) after sales service is certainly very pleasant unlike SDAC.
