I meant the free money packets is not limited to new guys only but for everyone. However it is in limited quanity. Sorry for the misunderstanding. WechatPay MY is opened publicly.

Need to scan some QR code and then open angpao. i think max can get 88.88 but wat i know , some of my friend get 9.99 and I only able to get 8.88.
