maybe their strategy is do it slow and do it quietly
and once in a while some surprise
(which is not good in this era, plus its competitors are already so aggressively promoting already)
or perhaps it is our government who is trying to protect local e-wallets by surpressing wechat wallet? (although i dont think so LOL)
Problem is, they're being too slow and too quiet, and that's not a good thing in the competition. They need awareness and something that will help them stay in the long run.and once in a while some surprise

I'm also suspecting it's our government trying to protect local e wallets, but true or not, they gotta try and control the e wallet market here cuz it's getting too flooded and also encourage the society in going cashless and using e wallets.
