HLB could be the one handling local promotions and expansion cuz there wasn't any Wechat Pay staffs around during the first launch in KK mart.

However, I don't like that it only asks to enter the pin after you scanned your code instead of the common way from other e wallet like entering the pin first then only show the code for scanning, maybe I'm just nitpicky lol.
