I assume it's either from the same group or similar group with the ones in Bukit Bintang area

They usually lurk around in the pathway leading to the bridge linking with Times Square

U can see few of them in different spots of the area holding a notebook and pen pretending to ask u to sign for something and after that they will convince u to donate to some charity or some shit

It's the same group that scammed me few years back, I know cuz I still recognize some of their faces (especially the fatass landwhale) that time they brought along old unkers acting mute seeking for sympathy and donation, luckily it was just 10 bucks

Now I see they already brought more new faces, most are young nerds

Some are also lurking around outside Maluri MRT station

If they try to stop u, keep going even if they drag u, better yet treat them like they don't exist

They only dare to do this cuz there are no cops around, if u see cops nearby, let them know

I believe this is illegal.
