If buy to stay until retirement, not need to think twice.
If buy to temporarily stay, need to compare within that staying period how much the value increases. Will it increase as much as the interest you paid to the bank. If it less, is it less than the amount if you are renting.  This post has been edited by Zot: Mar 22 2018, 09:47 AM |
