Read this that there are people complaint of Artifact + BSOD with their 2080TI founder edition. Hope this only happened on founder edition not on other brand. Still waiting my Gigabyte Gaming OC

Owned gigabyte gaming oc rtx 2080ti. Idle power consumption at 58W for dual monitor setup (1440p@144hz & 1080p@60hz), is it normal?
